Why hello there, fancy seeing you here on a random Friday afternoon 😭

I am so so so so sorry - but life circumstances are encouraging me to put Phantomarine on hiatus for a few weeks.

Two main reasons:

1) Due to some circumstances that have been slowly ramping up over the last year, I am moving Phantomarine away from Hiveworks.

I will be migrating the website to new hosting (hopefully still keeping it all intact! comments and design and everything) over the next couple weeks. I need time to get it all settled, and to get other things arranged (merch shipments, setting up a new store, etc). Other Hiveworks creators will also be moving away, so please give your support to other comics if you also see them migrating. I can't answer any questions about the 'why' just yet - we need to make sure everyone lands safely first. But the 'why' will be answered someday, I promise.

This all means I will also need to pay for my own hosting again, so if you'd like to drop me a couple of bucks every month, my Patreon is a good spot for that. Please don't feel obligated, but if you want to support, you can!

2) The fire/water damage that happened to my apartment building in January has finally come back to bite me - they discovered mold in my walls, so I have to physically move too! 

My partner and I have to do an emergency pack and moveout over the next week. We are being well taken-care-of by insurance people, but the process is still hectic - and coupled with Hiveworks stuff AND dayjob, it's going to be a lot. Better to take some time and get all things settled.

I have enough buffer to make it through all of this, but I won't have enough energy to work on comic pages for a bit. So I will be bringing the comic back on MAY 5. I know we just got back to the main crew, but... the universe works in stupid ways, sometimes. I'm so very sorry.
