A bit of real life transparency - there was a bad fire in my apartment building last week, and my apartment sustained water damage from the firefighting efforts. There were no injuries or deaths, but a catastrophic amount of property damage. My unit is much luckier than others, but we might still have to do an emergency moveout in the next little bit so they can do repairs to my walls and flooring. My buffer goes on for several months, so everything should be okay, but I did want to let you all know just in case anything needs to be delayed at any point.
