As the two Cheths turn away from each other, the woman sees another redtider approaching - she looks up to see the plesiosaur, who nudges its muzzle gently into her side, as if to apologize further. She smiles weakly at it, then props herself on its neck, listening to it speak.
Cheth: I think we're better off leaving Shoshi out of the conversation from now on, Cheth. That girl loses her MIND whenever we mention her.
They look toward the man, who is turned away, looking pensive with his arms crossed.
Cheth: Much as she would enjoy the chaos... I agree. Pushing Phaedra closer to madness does us no favors at a time like this. She's a glorified delivery girl, and if she doesn't get to her destination, we ALL lose.
The plesiosaur snakes its head over to him, looking upward with a big red eye, and a bigger grin. The man listens and looks down toward it, far less joyful than his dinosaur counterpart.
Cheth: What if we DID tell her a couple of her assumptions are wrong...just to spice things up a tiny bit? Like the NIECE thing? Or the TWIN thing?
